History
In 1988, the concept for Fazoli’s as a casual diner with Italian-American cuisine was made. But it was only in 1990 that the Fazoli’s system became a reality with its first five locations opened in Lexington, Kentucky.
Jerrico, Inc. originally managed the chain. Fazoli’s was later sold to Duskin Co. Ltd., which later formed Seed Restaurant Group. Today, the chain is owned by Sentinel Capital Partners.
