History

Forrest and Leroy Raffel opened the first Arby’s in Boardman, Ohio in 1964. The Raffel brothers who were owners of a business that sells equipments for restaurants thought about how fast food business were focused on hamburgers alone. They realized that putting up a fast food restaurant that does not center on offering hamburgers might be a good idea. Their original menu features a limited menu concentrating on their specialty, which is roast beef sandwich. As expected, their unique idea immediately caught the attention of the locals and soon enough, people are waiting in long lines just to get a taste of their quality food offerings served fast, in an upscale restaurant location. Today, with over five decades in the food industry, they are still a chosen place for affordable gourmet sandwiches.

What They’re Famous For

Arby’s is famous for their eight premium meat sandwiches that are all prepared and cooked with utmost expertise in order to attain the their best possible taste. Here are some of their specialty sandwiches:
