History
In 1995, Aaron Kennedy opened the first Noodles & Company restaurant. By 2013, the company became a publicly-traded corporation (NASDAQ: NDLS). As of December 2016, there were 510 restaurants in the chain.
Through the changes, the restaurants has focused on offering its guests delicious noodle dishes, both American-style and international types. But since man cannot live on noodles alone, the chain also offers pastas, soups and salads.
