Bertucci’s Catering Prices

Bertucci’s is an American pizza restaurant that specializes in Italian brick oven pizza. Their menu includes a selection of pasta, salad, and pizza dishes that everyone can learn to enjoy. They have a wide variety of food on their menus, like Tuscan chicken wings, their signature Shrimp Scampi, Fettuccini Alfredo, and of course who can forget their scrumptious pizza.

Aside from the numerous restaurant locations that they have all over America, they also accept catering orders, which can fit up to 6 – 8 people. Their catering menu includes salads, pasta, and focaccia sandwiches filled with grilled rosemary chicken, grilled Portobello, and sided with a salad, pasta or insalata. History

In 1981, an ice cream shop owner and entrepreneur named Joey Crugnale opened the first Bertucci’s Restaurant in Davis Square, Somerville, MA. He developed a love for Italian food when he went to visit his grandmother in Italy. Complete with a custom made brick oven in the center of his first Bertucci’s restaurant, his restaurant instantly became popular for recreating the family experience that Joey fell in love with in his grandmother’s kitchen.

Joey made use of only the freshest ingredients to make his signature pizzas, and many of those are still on the menu up to this day. In the 1990’s his business grew, with up to 100 restaurants all over Florida to New Hampshire and as far as west Chicago. Today, there are over 85 restaurants up and down the east coast from New Hampshire to Virginia, and all of those chains have followed the simple concept that Joey started over 30 years ago.

Bertucci’s is widely known for their signature pasta’s and pizza’s, which are made straight with some of the juiciest ingredients in order to achieve the best taste. Here’s a list of some of their specials:

• Shrimp Risotto – Sautéed garlic with shrimp, herbs topped with a hint of hot pepper. Tossed with fresh tomatoes, asparagus, and roasted artichokes, which are then simmered in a nice savory broth with Arborio rice.
• Brick Oven Roasted Chicken – considered one of the top picks. This dish includes a half chicken marinated with lemon, garlic, and fresh sage for 24 hours, and then baked into juicy perfection at 650 degrees in the brick oven. It is served with oven roasted red skin mashed potatoes, and roasted broccoli topped with garlic breadcrumbs.
• Veggie – this is one of the best picks for pizza on the Bertucci Menu. This dish includes the signature Bertucci tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, peppers, and freshly marinated garlic basil tomatoes.
